The first case of poliomyelitis was reported in Korea in 1939. The inactivated polio vaccine (IPV) and the oral polio vaccine (OPV) were introduced in 1958 and 1962, respectively. The National Immunization Program (NIP) was established in 1966 and poliomyelitis was designated as a second-class communicable disease [1].

Single‐Step Electrochemical Battery Recycling
This work demonstrates the use of single‐step recovery, an electrochemical process combining electrodeposition and electro‐dissolution, to recover lithiated transition metal oxides (LTMOs). The batteries produced through this recycling method perform similarly to batteries made from pristine materials.

Side Reaction Pathway Modulation for Hydrogen Evolution‐Free Aqueous Zn‐Ion Batteries
A ZnO–TeO2–Te ternary composite layer with a unique rice grain‐like morphology is spontaneously formed on the Zn anode via telluric acid additive. This functional interphase effectively suppresses side reactions such as zinc hydroxide sulfate formation, hydrogen evolution, and Zn corrosion, enabling highly reversible and stable Zn metal cycling in ...
