Advanced Science, EarlyView.Fe@WO3/ZnCo2O4 n‐p heterojunction sensor exhibits excellent room‐temperature sensing toward tetradecane, with a low detection limit of 78.4 ppb and short recovery time. The good performance is attributed to synergistic effects from heterojunctions, heteroatom doping, oxygen vacancies, high‐energy facets, and theoretical validations.
