Tailoring Vascular‐Immune Homeostasis via Manganese‐DNA Complex‐Armed Immunogenic Extracellular Vesicles for Pancreatic Cancer Immunotherapy

This study demonstrates that Mn2⁺–tumor DNA complexes encapsulated in dendritic cell (DC)– derived immunogenic extracellular vesicles (EVDC@Mn‐DNA) act as a DC‐specific cGAS– STING activator. Strong Proton‐Phonon Coupling Drives Fast Ion Transport in Perovskites

Experimental and computational phonon analysis of ABO3‐type proton conductor BaSnO3 shows that substitution on the B‐site with yttrium forms an imaginary phonon mode which is instrumental for the function as proton conductor. This overcompensates the adverse proton trapping effect of the yttrium.

TRPA1+αCGRP+ sensory neurons in the nodose ganglion detect external insults such as lipopolysaccharide (LPS) and interact directly with pulmonary neuroendocrine cells (PNECs), promoting their activation and proliferation. This neural‐epithelial interaction amplifies lung inflammation.
