We use state and county level variation to examine the impact of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act on employment. A cross state analysis suggests that one additional job was created by each $170,000 in stimulus spending.

A novel model‐based time‐modulated write algorithm efficiently programs analog 1R memristive crossbar arrays by varying pulse duration at a fixed voltage. By leveraging a physics‐based compact model and a dynamic gain mechanism, this approach overcomes device nonlinearities and parasitic effects.

One‐Step Synthesis of Size‐Controlled Copper Oxide Nanoparticles on Laser‐Induced Graphene Sensor for L‐Cysteine Detection

Oxygen plasma treatment enhances polyimide hydrophilicity and promotes uniform anchoring of copper ion precursors. A one‐step laser process then generates CuO‐decorated nanoparticles on laser‐induced graphene (LIG) electrodes, enabling controlled nanoparticle growth via precursor concentration tuning.
