Fiscal Rules, Fiscal Space and Procyclical Fiscal Policy [PDF]
SSRN Electronic Journal, 2015 In this paper we analyse the interaction of fiscal rules and fiscal space. We find strong evidence for fiscal rules being associated with higher fiscal space.
