Ahmar Metastasis Health Journal, 2023 Ischialgia/ Sciatica adalah diagnosis klinis yang menggambarkan nyeri menjalar dari pinggang bagian bawah hingga ke kaki. Hal ini disebabkan oleh kompresi akar saraf lumbosakral (L4-S1) yang membentuk saraf siatic. Prevalensi terjadinya ischialgia di Indonesia 18-21%, pada laki-laki 13,6% dan pada wanita 18,2%.
