Different Recurrence Mechanisms by the Procedures of Fistulotomy
2000年3月から7年間で執刀したIIL:882例,IIH:41例,III:95例,IV:45例の痔瘻を対象として,再発症例を分析し,以下の結果を得た.1)再発(%)はIIL型:開放-0.5·温存術-7.6(手術変更前8.5,変更後5.8)·セトン-0,IIH型:4.9(術式変更前:15.4,変更後:0),III型:Hanley変法-2.5·温存術-10.9(癌の1例を除外すると9.2%),IV型:Hanley変法-0·温存術-18.2であった.2)温存術における原発口縫合閉鎖後の再開通が再発に占める頻度はIIL:約90%,III:約40%,IV:約67%と高率であった.3)現在の原発口の縫合閉鎖法では,工夫をしても再開通が一定の頻度で発生し,今後何らの方策を模索する必要があった.4 ...

Radiofrequency fistulotomy in anal fistula. An alternative to conventional surgical fistulotomy.
Most surgeons prefer fistulotomy by laying an open technique in treating different types of anal fistula. We used the radiofrequency fistulotomy procedure in 136 cases of various types of low anal fistulae in a one-year period. The patients were followed for 18 months. The average time for complete wound healing was 37 days and to resume routine 7 days.
