A non-invasive device to measure mechanical interaction between tongue, palate and teeth during speech production [PDF]
This paper describes an original experimental procedure to measure the mechanical interaction between the tongue and teeth and palate during speech production. It consists in using edentulous people as subjects and to insert pressure sensors in the structure of their complete dental prosthesis.

Partial quasi-metric completeness via Kannan-type fixed points [PDF]
In this short note, we obtain partial quasi-metric versions of Kannan's fixed point theorem for self-mappings. Moreover, we use these fixed points results to characterize a certain type of completeness in partial quasi-metric spaces. We have reported an example to support our result.

Partial Hopf actions, partial invariants and a Morita context [PDF]
Partial actions of Hopf algebras can be considered as a generalization of partial actions of groups on algebras. Among important properties of partial Hopf actions, it is possible to assure the existence of enveloping actions. This allows to extend several results from the theory of partial group actions to the Hopf algebraic setting.
