2019The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of chronic training with height training mask on the performance of football players. 36 male voluntary football players with a mean age of 17.81 ± 0.89 years, a mean weight of 65.95 ± 5.72 kg and a height of 177.06 ± 4.56 cm participated in this study in Bursaspor Club U17 and U19 teams.

Bu araştırmada, 12–14 yaşlarında 16 milli cimnastikçinin fiziksel performanslarının incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmaya 6 kız ve 10 erkek cimnastikçi olmak üzere, İzmir ili Şavkar Cimnastik Kulübü’nün yarışmacı grubunu oluşturan toplam 16 sporcu katılmıştır.
