Flameless atomic absorption spectrometry of manganese
試料をタンタル抵抗発熱体上に置き,アルゴン中で抵抗発熱体に電流を通じて加熱することにより,試料を原子化する方法を用いるマンガンの原子吸光分析の最適条件,マンガン化合物の違いによるマンガンの吸光への影響,共存化合物による干渉および応用例について検討した.マンガン化合物の違いによるマンガンの吸光への影響を調べたところ,比較的抵抗発熱体の温度が低い場合には酸化物を生成しやすい化合物は酸化物を生成しにくい化合物を用いる場合より吸光が低い傾向を示した.塩化マンガン溶液に対しては主として共存化合物の陽イオンによる干渉を,硫酸マンガン溶液に対しては主として共存化合物の陰イオンによる干渉が認められた.塩化マンガンを用いると鉄(塩化物)は100倍量共存してもマンガンの吸光に千渉を示さなかった.本法により ...
