Seeing the whole: Configurational cognition and new venture resource mobilization

open access: yesStrategic Management Journal, Volume 46, Issue 2, Page 309-347, February 2025.
Abstract Research Summary Research is scant on how multiple venture attributes combine as “whole packages” of signals (or cognitive configurations) in resource holders’ eyes, shaping a venture's ability to mobilize resources. Drawing on a qualitative comparative analysis of 1,395 crowdfunding campaigns, we identified different configurations of signals

Oxygen enrichment studies in hydrogen-natural gas burner: A pilot-scale study on emissions and thermal performance

open access: yesMeasurement: Energy
Decarbonising high-temperature industrial furnaces requires efficient and low-emission combustion strategies. Hydrogen and oxygen enhanced combustion (OEC) are promising alternatives to conventional air-fuel systems, but their combined impact on heat ...

Nutritional, Antibacterial and Thrombolytic Prospects of Freshwater Paludomas conica Protein Hydrolysate and Its Anti‐Inflammatory Potential in LPS‐Induced RAW 264.7 Macrophage Cells

open access: yesFood Science &Nutrition, Volume 13, Issue 1, January 2025.
Nutritional and biological potential of a freshwater mollusk, Paludomas conica, is revealed in this research. Protein hydrolysate of the mollusk has been used as an experimental sample. Proximate nutritional, mineral, and heavy metal contents, as well as prevalently anti‐inflammatory effects in LPS‐induced RAW 264.7 macrophage cells, were enumerated in

A dimensionless modeling framework for scaling flameless combustion furnaces: Integrating energy–exergy and flow-similarity analyses for predictive, low-emission, and scalable industrial design

open access: yesResults in Engineering
Flameless combustion offers ultra-low emissions and high thermal uniformity, but scaling such systems from laboratory to industrial applications remains challenging due to complex interactions between flow, heat transfer, and chemical kinetics ...

Distribution of trace elements around Syowa Station(II) Trace metals distribution in Langhovde

open access: yesAntarctic Record, 1977
Trace metals (Cu, Fe, Mg, Mn and Zn) concentration distribution in water and sediment were determined by atomic absorption methods with flame and flameless systems using wet dissolution method. The samples were collected from Langhovde, Antarctica.

Research and Application of High‐Sensitivity Grounding Fault Startup Method for Forest and Grassland Distribution Networks Based on Zero‐Sequence Voltage Vector

open access: yesIET Generation, Transmission &Distribution, Volume 19, Issue 1, January/December 2025.
This paper constructs a phase‐to‐earth fault startup method based on the vector form of zero‐sequence voltage, which can enhance the high‐resistance detection capability up to 100 kΩ under different grounded system. ABSTRACT Single‐phase ground faults in forest and grassland distribution networks pose a risk of igniting wildfires, necessitating ...

A Comprehensive Study on Hydrogen Production via Waste Heat Recovery of Gas Turbine Cycles in Cogeneration Power‐Hydrogen Layouts: 4E Study and Optimization

open access: yesInternational Journal of Energy Research, Volume 2025, Issue 1, 2025.
The efficient utilization of waste energy in gas turbine (GT) cycles (GTCs) is a crucial aspect of sustainable energy production. While previous studies have explored various aspects of waste energy recovery, a comparative analysis of different bottoming configurations has been lacking.

Combustion Mode and Reactivity of Methane Fuel in Hot O2/CO2/N2 and O2/H2O/N2 Coflows in a Nonpremixed Small‐Scale Tube Burner

open access: yesInternational Journal of Energy Research, Volume 2025, Issue 1, 2025.
The reactivity of methane fuel was numerically studied to compare the effects of CO2 and H2O dilution of hot oxidizer atmospheres on combustion modes and flame characteristics. A nonpremixed small scale burner at 8.6 kW thermal load forming central fuel jet flame in coflow oxidizer atmosphere was employed.
