We report a multi‐jet, layer‐by‐layer electrospray‐assisted interfacial polymerization (LBL‐EAIP) approach for the scalable fabrication of polyamide reverse osmosis (RO) membranes. The method enables precise control of polymerization, uniform polyamide coverage, and tunable polyamide film thickness, while delivering consistently high filtration ...

Exposure Value /EV/ system expanded to include filter factors and transmittance [PDF]
Application of the exposure value system requires that the system be extended to high brightness level and expanded to include filter factors. A minimum of four photographic factors are involved in the evaluation of an exposure which, when determined ...

Graphene‐Based Wearable Textile Triboelectric Nanogenerators and Biomechanical Sensors
This study presents a wearable textile‐based triboelectric nanogenerator (T‐TENG) using sprayed graphene enhanced with a PVA adhesion layer. The graphene‐based electrode demonstrates high electrical conductivity and robustness to multiple bends. The fabricated T‐TENG provides stable and efficient output, with strong responsiveness to biomotion.

On the use of ultraviolet photography and ultraviolet wing patterns in butterfly morphology and taxonomy [PDF]
In a series of feeding experiments we found that, depending on the larval food plant species or part of food plant ingested, individuals of the blue butterfly Polyommatus icarus (Lycaenidae) exhibit broad variation of wing patterns in the ultraviolet (UV)
