Lattice‐Matched 2D Template Enables Efficient Cesium Tin Halide Perovskite Solar Cells

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Lattice‐matched 2D perovskite PEA2CsSn2I7 templates the out‐of‐plane growth of inorganic 3D γ‐CsSnI3 along the (110) plane, forming highly oriented 2D/3D tin halide perovskite heterostructures. With reduced trap states and mitigated δ‐phase impurities, the CsSnI3‐based solar cells achieve a power conversion efficiency of 15.27% and maintain stable ...

Analysis of Post-Tensioned Flat Slabs, Conventional Slabs, and Flat Slabs using Etabs Software

open access: yesInternational Journal for Research in Applied Science and Engineering Technology
Abstract: The modern-day submit-tensioning method is especially well-known because of its practicality; so, we will design the maximum safe and economical construction using this method. Every time we are planning the application of this technique, we must include more protective measures for slabs' shear and deflection criteria.

Time-dependent behaviour of reinforced concrete slabs [PDF]

open access: yes
In this thesis is studied the long-term behaviour of steel reinforced slabs paying particular attention to the effects due to shrinkage and creep. Despite the universal popularity of using this kind of slabs for simply construction floors, the major ...

Analysis and deflections of reinforced concrete flat slabs

open access: yes, 1998
The results of a test on a full-scale 5 m continuous slab are used to study the methods of analysis and calculation of deflection of reinforced concrete flat slabs.

Reinforced concrete waffle flat slabs under shearing [PDF]

open access: yes, 2011
The structural systems with waffle flat slabs are the most used in Brazil when the main requirement is flexible "layouts" and long spans with reasonable economy.

Room‐Temperature Skyrmionic Synapse in 2D Ferromagnet Fe3GaTe2 Operating via Collective Spin Texture Transformation

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
We demonstrate a neuromorphic synapse in 2D Fe3GaTe2 flakes. The device operates via a current‐driven transformation from a skyrmion‐lattice to a stripe‐domain state, yielding a linear anomalous Hall resistance response with a tunable slope to enable multiply‐accumulate operations. Simulations confirm its viability in artificial neural networks.

n‐Type Polymer Radio Frequency Rectifiers Operating at 18.5 GHz

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Combining an n‐doped polymer semiconductor with wafer‐scale asymmetric planar electrodes featuring work function‐engineered contacts yields radio‐frequency diodes and rectifying circuits operating at up to 18.5 GHz. The devices combine scalable manufacturing with an operating frequency previously unattainable by large‐area organic electronics ...

Mechanically Spatio‐Chimeric Fibrin Assembly Enables Vascular‐Integrated Muscle Reconstruction for Volumetric Muscle Loss Repair

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
SPARC (spatio‐chimeric, plasma‐based, anisotropic, and shear‐responsive construct) that integrates myogenic and vascular microenvironments within a single construct. The dual‐modulus matrix directs aligned myotube formation and endothelial network development, enabling a vascularized muscle implant that seamlessly anastomoses with host tissue and ...

Vulnerability of Buildings with Flat Plates and Flat Slabs to Progressive Collapse

open access: yes, 2012
The investigation of progressive collapse of buildings has been of special interests during the last decade. The aim of this study is to assess the influence of selected design parameters on the vulnerability of structures with flat plates or flat slabs ...
