Sensors and Actuators A: Physical, 2005Abstract A new flexible low-pressure sensor design with convention architectures of n-type doped hydrogenated amorphous silicon with metal-on-amorphous silicon contacts on flexible substrate is fabricated. The sensing elements are wired according to a full Wheatstone-bridge layout, to reduce any temperature effects.

Flexible giant magnetoresistance sensors
Applied Physics Letters, 1996Exchange-biased magnetic sandwiches are shown to exhibit ‘‘giant’’ magnetoresistive properties when deposited on free-standing organic films. This allows for the possibility of preparing flexible magnetoresistance heads or head arrays for tape or floppy-disk drive and hard-disk drive applications.

Ferroelectric Flexible Temperature Sensor
2025 7th International Youth Conference on Radio Electronics, Electrical and Power Engineering (REEPE)Interest in sensors based on ferroelectric materials is shown. The technology was proposed and technological and research equipment was selected for the creation and testing of the sensitive element. The modes of ion and plasma processing, magnetron sputtering have been worked out. Test samples of the sensing element were obtained.
