On sixfold coupled buckling of thin-walled composite beams [PDF]
A general analytical model based on shear-deformable beam theory has been developed to study the flexural–torsional coupled buckling of thin-walled composite beams with arbitrary lay-ups under axial load.

3D‐Printed Gastrointestinal Stents: In Vivo Evaluation in a Swine Small Bowel Perforation Model
Gastrointestinal fistulae and perforations can lead to severe complications including sepsis and patient death. In this work, the efficacy of 3D‐printed gastrointestinal stents composed of poly‐lactic‐acid (PLA) was evaluated in an in vivo swine model.

Blocking a wave: Frequency band gaps in ice shelves with periodic crevasses [PDF]
We assess how the propagation of high-frequency elastic-flexural waves through an ice shelf is modified by the presence of spatially periodic crevasses.

Ionic epoxy networks are prepared using ammonium salts as hardeners, leading to a two‐stage curing process with a thermoplastic‐like intermediate. This uncommon behavior enables extrusion and fabrication of thermoplastic prepregs that can be cured into thermoset composites.

Flexural fatigue failure of concrete reinforced with smooth and mixing hooked-end steel fibers
This paper presents an experimental study on flexural fatigue dynamic behavior of reinforced concrete. Steel fiber is used for the retrofitting and strengthening flexural members, by mixing short smooth steel fiber and hooked-end fiber.

Beyond Earth: Resilience of Quasi‐2D Perovskite Solar Cells in Space
In the article (DOI: 10.1002/adma.202520433), Christoph Putz and co‐workers demonstrate rigid quasi‐2D perovskite solar cells operating in low Earth orbit, delivering stable power for more than 100 days under real‐space conditions. In‐orbit performance is correlated with extensive ground‐based thermal and proton‐irradiation studies on rigid and ...

To investigate the flexural behavior of steel–concrete composite bridge decks with stud–perfobond leist (PBL) shear connectors, two specimens were designed with the stud spacing as the main variable, and static bending tests were conducted. Additionally,

Giant Intrinsic Carrier Mobilities in Graphene and Its Bilayer [PDF]
We have studied temperature dependences of electron transport in graphene and its bilayer and found extremely low electron-phonon scattering rates that set the fundamental limit on possible charge carrier mobilities at room temperature.

Emergent Freestanding Complex Oxide Membranes for Multifunctional Applications
This review surveys freestanding oxide membranes and covers fabrication and three pathways for studies and devices: strain‐free and strained membranes, and van der Waals‐integrated heterostructures. We show how coupled oxide responses map onto these routes and cross‐couple to expand behaviors.
