The material research of reverse paintings on glass combines infrared spectroscopy and liquid chromatography–mass spectroscopy to investigate the binders. Observation methods (macro‐ and microphotography) and the scanning electron microscopy with energy‐dispersive spectrometer are used for research of metal composition. Reverse paintings on glass are a

Recent Advances in Understanding the Sex Pheromone‐Mediated Communication of Diatoms
Pheromones control the sexuality and mate finding in diatoms, a group of highly abundant unicellular marine algae. The diatom pheromones presented here are elucidated using a metabolomics‐based approach. This review introduces new structures, methods, and conceptual advances and discusses future perspectives in diatom research.

ABSTRACT Phytoplankton, such as the coccolitophore Gephyrocapsa huxleyi (G. huxleyi), has a major ecological impact through photosynthesis—the production of oxygen and organic material. A significant threat to G. huxleyi populations is viral infection with the specific Gephyrocapsa huxleyi virus (GhV).

Leakage risk assessment system for salt cavern hydrogen storage
Establishment of a leakage risk evaluation system for salt cavern hydrogen storage reservoirs using the entropy weight method plus two‐dimensional cloud modeling approach. Abstract Salt cavern hydrogen storage (SCHS) is an important component of large‐scale underground hydrogen storage, with advantages such as large hydrogen storage capacity and ...

Abstract Background Environmental influence is critical for embryogenesis but is significantly under‐appreciated under lab conditions, which are not typically designed to robustly test environmental variability. Here, we report environmental effects on the developmental phenotype of zebrafish lacking the transcription factor Grainyhead‐like 3 (grhl3 ...
