An in situ integrated TiO2/SiOx/Al2O3 synaptic phototransistor couples ultraviolet and electrical stimuli within a scalable, CMOS‐compatible oxide stack. Multimodal plasticity, spike‐timing‐dependent learning, and bee‐inspired associative conditioning are achieved through trap‐mediated temporal dynamics.

Effects of exogenous salicylic acid on physiological traits and CBF gene expression in peach floral organs under freezing stress [PDF]
To elucidate the effects of exogenous salicylic acid (SA) treatment on the cold resistance of peach flower, the floral organs of two peach cultivars were treated with 20 mg/L SA and stored at 0°C for observation and sample collection.

Defect‐Engineered ZnO Nanowire Arrays for Flexible Room‐Temperature Hydrogen Sensors
Fabrication process of patterned ZnO nucleation sites on a flexible polyimide (PI) substrate. Top/tilted‐view SEM images of ordered ZnO nanoflower arrays confined within patterned circular regions. AFM topography map with height data revealing a disk‐array structure, where the patterned regions (marked by a red dot circle) are elevated by ∼2 µm ...

HaMADS3, HaMADS7, and HaMADS8 are involved in petal prolongation and floret symmetry establishment in sunflower (Helianthus annuus L.) [PDF]
The development of floral organs, crucial for the establishment of floral symmetry and morphology in higher plants, is regulated by MADS-box genes. In sunflower, the capitulum is comprised of ray and disc florets with various floral organs.
