The ‘Health Collapse Spiral’: A 35‐Month Longitudinal Case Study of Physiological Reserve Depletion in a Centenarian Following COVID‐19

open access: yesClinical Case Reports, Volume 14, Issue 6, June 2026.
ABSTRACT This 35‐month case report documents irreversible physiological reserve depletion in a centenarian multimorbid man after COVID‐19. Prior to infection, he maintained precarious homeostasis for 17 years despite severe frailty (CFS 7), with stable CKD stage 3a (eGFR 58.3 mL/min/1.73 m2) and albumin 36.2 g/L.

Nuclear Entanglement: New Insights Into the Role of Cytoskeleton and Nucleoskeleton in Plant Nuclear Function

open access: yesCytoskeleton, Volume 83, Issue 6, Page 354-375, June 2026.
ABSTRACT Of the three types of cytoskeleton known in animals—actin, microtubules, and intermediate filaments—only actin and microtubules exist in plants. Both play important roles in cellular shaping, organelle movement, organization of the endomembrane system, and cell signaling.

Progress of Immunotherapies in Parkinson's Disease

open access: yesCNS Neuroscience &Therapeutics, Volume 32, Issue 6, June 2026.
Parkinson's disease (PD) is caused by an immune disorder triggered by α‐synuclein, leading to a persistent neuroinflammatory cycle that drives the disease from non‐motor symptoms to the motor stage. Second, it presents active and passive immunotherapy strategies targeting α‐synuclein and their potential in slowing down the disease progression.

Oral Lesions Developed in Post‐Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplant Patients and the Role of Cryogun Cryotherapy

open access: yesClinical and Experimental Dental Research, Volume 12, Issue 3, June 2026.
ABSTRACT Objective To investigate the development of oral premalignant and malignant lesions as a major long‐term complication following hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. Methods This single‐center retrospective study identified 17 patients who developed 26 pathology‐confirmed oral premalignant and malignant lesions after hematopoietic stem cell
