Organic Carbon and Texture Control Moisture Dependence of Soil Shortwave Infrared Reflectance

open access: yesEuropean Journal of Soil Science, Volume 77, Issue 2, March–April 2026.
ABSTRACT Moisture content affects soil reflectance in the optical domain (400–2500 nm), acting as a confounding factor in soil property prediction models. Soil reflectance needs to be simulated efficiently for varying levels of soil moisture, in order to aid soil property prediction efforts and inform physical land surface models.

Genome-wide identification, expression and function analysis of the MTP gene family in tulip (Tulipa gesneriana)

open access: yesFrontiers in Plant Science
Currently, soil heavy metal contamination is a severe issue, particularly with Cd pollution. The metal tolerance protein (MTP) proteins, as plant divalent cation transporters, play a crucial role in the transport and tolerance of heavy metals in plants ...

Floriculture and Transgenic

open access: yesInternational Journal For Multidisciplinary Research
“Genetic engineering has revolutionized floriculture by enabling the modification of plant species and the creation of new flower color varieties (Chandler, Stephen et al, 2010). Despite the global cultivation of transgenic crops, floriculture has been slow to adopt transgenic breeding.
