Multiverse Data-Flow Control [PDF]
In this paper, we present a data-flow system which supports comparative analysis of time-dependent data and interactive simulation steering. The system creates data on-the-fly to allow for the exploration of different parameters and the investigation of multiple scenarios.

Experimental data for a flow control valve
Experimental data presented in this paper include the flow measurements through cylindrical orifices and the discharge behavior of Mechanical Choked Orifice Plate, MCOP. The data information consists of detailed physical shapes of the devices as well as their application in pressurized networks.

Information-Flow Control for Programming on Encrypted Data [PDF]
Using homomorphic encryption and secure multiparty computation, cloud servers may perform regularly structured computation on encrypted data, without access to decryption keys. However, prior approaches for programming on encrypted data involve restrictive models such as boolean circuits, or standard languages that do not guarantee secure execution of ...

Power-aware scheduling of data-flow hardware circuits with symbolic control [PDF]
We devise a tool-supported framework for achieving power-efficiency of data-flowhardware circuits. Our approach relies on formal control techniques, where the goal is to compute a strategy that can be used to drive a given model so that it satisfies a ...

From bypass transition to flow control and data-driven turbulence modeling: An input-output viewpoint [PDF]
Transient growth and resolvent analyses are routinely used to assess nonasymptotic properties of fluid flows. In particular, resolvent analysis can be interpreted as a special case of viewing flow dynamics as an open system in which free-stream ...

Machine-learning flow control with few sensor feedback and measurement noise [PDF]
A comparative assessment of machine-learning (ML) methods for active flow control is performed. The chosen benchmark problem is the drag reduction of a two-dimensional Kármán vortex street past a circular cylinder at a low Reynolds number ( Re = 100 ...

BGCFI: Efficient Verification in Fine-Grained Control-Flow Integrity Based on Bipartite Graph
Control-flow integrity (CFI) is considered a principled mitigation against control-flow hijacking even under the most powerful attacker who can arbitrarily write and read memory.
