1977 IEEE Conference on Decision and Control including the 16th Symposium on Adaptive Processes and A Special Symposium on Fuzzy Set Theory and Applications, 1977 Given the traffic flow from each source to each destination in a network and given the aggregate traffic in each link, we want to find if there is any looping of traffic.
