Thermally Induced Gelling Systems Based on Patchy Polymeric Micelles
A novel strategy to design thermally induced gelling systems with tunable material properties is reported. Polymeric mixed‐shell micelles displaying multiple thermosensitive patchy domains formed hydrogels by assembling into well‐entangled worm‐like network structures upon heating to body temperature. The patchy micelle design significantly affects the

Print‐and‐Plate Architected Electrodes for Electrochemical Transformations Under Flow
Typical flow cell electrodes are composed of stochastic porous carbon, limiting understanding of electrode structure‐performance relationships. This work describes an approach, termed “print‐and‐plate,” to prepare porous electrodes by direct ink writing followed by conformal metal coating.

Nonstationary models for liquid crystals: A fresh mathematical perspective
In this article we discuss nonstationary models for inhomogeneous liquid crystals driven out of equilibrium by flow. Emphasis is put on those models which are used in the mathematics as well as in the physics literature, the overall goal being to ...

Mathematical Model for Traffic Flow
Every year countless hours are lost in traffic jams. When the density of traffic is sufficiently high small disturbances in vehicle’s accelerations can cause phantom traffic jams. We can relate the traffic flow to mathematics and physics like that of liquids and gases.

This work investigates modifying interfacial contacts in realizing giant‐performance semiconductor nanomembrane optoelectronics. Strategies, including surface reaction and buffer layer work‐function modulation, are explored to boost the Schottky barrier. An emerging material of YbOx is utilized for near‐ideal Ohmic contact.
