Efficient handling of ACL policy change in SDN using reactive and proactive flow rule installation [PDF]
Software-defined networking (SDN) is a pioneering network paradigm that strategically decouples the control plane from the data and management planes, thereby streamlining network administration.

The availability of Software Defined Network’s (SDNs) flow rule entry in the flow table is considered a key factor in the timely delivery of a certain flow. The controller is approached for instructions on how to deal with the flow when the rule for such

Topology Rule-Based Methodology for Flow Separation Analysis in Turbomachinery
Boundary-layer flow separation is a common flow feature in many engineering applications. The consequences of flow separation in turbomachinery can be disastrous in terms of performance, stability and noise.

Size effects associated with skew symmetric burgers tensor [PDF]
This paper investigates size effect phenomena associated with the divergence of the transpose of plastic distortion in plastically deformed isotropic materials.

Interpretation of Cone Penetration Test Data of an Embankment for Coupled Numerical Modeling
The Nerang Broadbeach Roadway (NBR) embankment in Australia is founded on soft clay deposits. The embankment sections were preloaded and surcharged-preloaded to limit the post-construction deformation and to avoid stability failure.

Stochastic flow rule for granular materials [PDF]
There have been many attempts to derive continuum models for dense granular flow, but a general theory is still lacking. Here, we start with Mohr-Coulomb plasticity for quasi-2D granular materials to calculate (average) stresses and slip planes, but we propose a "stochastic flow rule" (SFR) to replace the principle of coaxiality in classical plasticity.

A plastic analysis of radial displacements at tunnel crown based on the non-associated flow rule [PDF]
This paper considers the non-associated flow rule to propose an analytical solution to calculate the ground reaction curve at the crown of a circular tunnel.

Non-Associated Flow Rule-Based Elasto-Viscoplastic Model for Clay
We develop a non-associated flow rule (NAFR)-based elasto-viscoplastic (EVP) model for isotropic clays. For the model formulation, we introduce the critical state soil mechanics theory (CSSMT), the bounding surface theory and Perzyna’s overstress theory.
