Effects of bioinsecticide exposure route on aphids and their natural enemies in oilseed rape
Fatty acids, silicone polymers and surfactants reduced aphid numbers but caused natural enemy mortality under direct exposure, while minimal residual activity suggests potential for targeted, compatible use in integrated pest management. Abstract BACKGROUND Myzus persicae Sulzer and Brevicoryne brassicae L.

Advanced flowering phenology of restored grasslands
Abstract Plants introduced to degraded ecosystems in the framework of ecosystem restoration are commonly challenged by novel environmental conditions. Consequently, plant functional traits can differ between restored and reference sites, even within individual species. Studies on such intraspecific variation mainly focused on vegetative

As little as 1–10% of the population is needed to be resistant for demethylation inhibitor fungicides to be rendered ineffective. Following a single round of selection, the frequency increases by more than 15% with limited fitness penalty detected when no selection is present.

Genotype‐by‐environment interaction shaped soybean seed stability under contrasting insecticide regimes. Seed longevity emerged as a stable, management‐relevant trait under pest pressure. High‐pressure, no‐insecticide conditions improved discrimination of tolerant genotypes for integrated pest management deployment.

Intercropping mitigates incidence of the oilseed rape insect pest complex
Intercropping reduces the incidence of the oilseed rape insect pest complex with a significant impact of the direct visual and physical disruption provided by the companion plant. Abstract BACKGROUND Oilseed rape (OSR, Brassica napus) is a major crop requiring numerous phytosanitary treatments.
