Fluid-solid coupling analysis of 65M radio telescope antenna
Fifth Asia International Symposium on Mechatronics (AISM 2015), 2015In this paper, the essentiality of fluid-solid coupling analysis was addressed, meanwhile the basic principles and fluids of fluid-solid coupling analysis were presented. The fluid field of 65m radio telescope antenna was numerically simulated. The drag coefficient and wind pressure distribution under different wind directions were obtained.

A canonical problem for fluid-solid interfacial wave coupling

Series A: Mathematical, Physical and Engineering Sciences, 1996The author studies a two-dimensional problem which describes the wave propagation in a system consisting of a semi-infinite rigid strip inserted between two half-spaces, one being solid and the other being liquid. The strip is smoothly bonded to the solid half-space which is characterized by its Lamé constants.
