Bio‐Orthogonally Crosslinked Supramolecular Polymer Bottlebrush Hydrogels for Long‐Term 3D Cell Culture

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Fibrous benzenetrispeptide (BTP) hydrogels, fabricated via strain‐promoted azide‐alkyne cycloaddition (SPAAC) crosslinking, form robust, bioinert networks. These hydrogels can support 3D cell culture, where cell viability and colony growth depend on the fiber content.

Redox regulation of calcium ion channels: Chemical and physiological aspects [PDF]

open access: yes, 2011
Reactive oxygen species (ROS) are increasingly recognized as second messengers in many cellular processes. While high concentrations of oxidants damage proteins, lipids and DNA, ultimately resulting in cell death, selective and reversible oxidation of ...

Sejtbeültetés a központi idegszövetbe: a bevitt sejtek differenciációs állapota és a befogadó szövet harmonizációja = Implantation into the central nervous system: harmonisation of the implanted cells and the host tissue [PDF]

open access: yes, 2007
A posztdoktori pályázat keretében végzett munkám során kerestem azokat a tényezőket, amelyek elősegíthetik a beültetett idegi őssejtek túlélését a kifejlett agyszövetbe. Az elért eredmények: 1.

Real‐Time, Label‐Free Monitoring of Cell Behavior on a Bioelectronic Scaffold

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
A bioelectronic nanofibrous scaffold is introduced that supports cell growth while enabling real‐time, label‐free monitoring of cellular behavior through impedance measurements. The system correlates electrical signals with cell viability and surface coverage, offering an integrated platform for studying dynamic biological processes and advancing next ...

Biomaterials‐Based Hydrogel with Superior Bio‐Mimetic Ionic Conductivity and Tissue‐Matching Softness for Bioelectronics

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
By mimicking the ion‐accelerating effect of ion channel receptors in neuron membranes, a biomaterials‐based ionic hydrogel (BIH) is developed, which offers a high ionic conductivity of 7.04 S m−1, outperforming conventional chitosan, cellulose, agarose, starch, and gelatin based ionic hydrogels.

Biointerface Membranes Orchestrating Site‐Specific Osteoimmunomodulatory and Antibacterial Effects for Enhanced Osseous Regeneration in Periodontal Therapy

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Here, a biointerface membrane engineered with site‐specific interfacial properties is developed. During implantation between gingival and bone defect, the membrane creates a pro‐osteogenic microenvironment, precisely modulates cellular activities at each biointerface, and facilitates the orchestration of complex healing events, ultimately leading to ...
