Partially fluorinated enamines and their electrochemical fluorination
Journal of Fluorine Chemistry, 1993Abstract The reactions of hexafluoropropylene, its dimers and trimers, and perfluoro-1-ethylcyclo- hex-1-ene with secondary amines (dipropylamine, dibutylamine and diallylamine) have been shown to form enamines. The enamines were electrochemically fluorinated in anhydrous hydrogen fluoride. This paper reports the electrochemical fluorination data for

Remote Fluorination by Spillover of Atomic Fluorine
The Journal of Physical Chemistry C, 2018The phenomenon of atomic fluorine spillover was studied by comparing fluorination of an isolated platinum plate and of one welded to a nickel plate. Fluorination through the gas phase was performed by atomic fluorine generated by thermal decomposition of spatially separated TbF4.

Fluorination of polynitro compounds with elemental fluorine
Bulletin of the Academy of Sciences of the USSR Division of Chemical Science, 19681. The possibility in principle of fluorinating aqueous solutions of potassium salts of polynitroalkanes which are Michael reaction adducts with elemental fluorine to give directed introduction of fluorine at the carbanion site in the polynitroalkane ion has been demonstrated. 2.

Reactivity of fluorine in fluorinated succinic esters
Journal of Fluorine Chemistry, 1972Abstract In basic medium, dimethyl and diethyl erythro - and threo -α-bromo-α′- fluorosuccinate eliminate hydrogen fluoride considerably faster than hydrogen bromide. The reaction rate depends slightly on the concentration of the ester, and strongly on the concentration of the base (acetate).
