This presentation is part of the μLecture series about useful microscopy-related topics, organized by the Microscopy Service Centre, IEM CAS. It provides an introduction to fluorophores. It begins with the fundamental principles of fluorescence, including the Stokes shift and the interpretation of fluorophore spectra. The session then covers the main

BioSenSRRF is an open‐source workflow that combines conventional FRET biosensors with SRRF reconstruction to generate sub‐diffraction FRET index maps on standard microscopes. The pipeline integrates automated image registration, SRRF reconstruction, quantitative FRET index calculation, and random line‐based hotspot analysis to uncover AURKA‐dependent ...

This review surveys nanoparticle‐based strategies to enhance adoptive cell therapy, particularly CAR‐T cell approaches, in solid tumor treatment. It describes how nanoparticles can improve tumor immunogenicity and T‐cell infiltration while reducing toxicity, and how they enable in vivo CAR‐T cell generation.

After liver transplantation, ischemia‐reperfusion injury is more severe in pericentral regions. Multiomic analyses of human grafts and mouse models identify FOXO1 activation in pericentral hepatocytes as an upstream driver of SAA secretion. SAA recruits and activates FPR2+ macrophages, amplifying local inflammation. Amilo‐5MER inhibits SAA bioactivity,
