Efficacy Comparison of Open Reduction and Robot‐Aided Infra‐Acetabular and Posterior Column Screws Fixation in Complex Acetabular Fractures Surgery: Union Plate Versus Reconstruction Plate

open access: yesOrthopaedic Surgery, EarlyView.
Robot‐aided technology allowed for precise and minimally invasive placement of periarticular long screws in open surgery for complex acetabular fractures, while using the Union Plate could decrease operation difficulty (fewer channel adjustments, less time for robotic manipulation and intraoperative plate contouring), operation time, and bleeding.

Keyhole Foraminotomy Combined With Unilateral Laminotomy for Bilateral Decompression Under Biportal Endoscopic Spinal Surgery for the Treatment of Mixed‐Type Cervical Spondylosis

open access: yesOrthopaedic Surgery, EarlyView.
Under biportal endoscopic spine surgery, one‐stage decompression combining keyhole foraminotomy and unilateral laminotomy for bilateral decompression (ULBD) for mixed‐type cervical spondylopathy can achieve favorable clinical outcomes with minimal compromise of spinal stability.
