Pharmacokinetics of flurbiprofen
The American Journal of Medicine, 1986Both radiolabeled and nonlabeled drug have been used to study the pharmacokinetics of flurbiprofen (Ansaid, Upjohn). Drug absorption is rapid, drug disappearance half-life is independent of oral dose, and the area under the plasma drug concentration versus time curve increases with increasing oral dose.
