Application of Flurbiprofen Axetil for Post-operative Pain Relief in Children.

耳鼻科・眼科手術後の小児59例において,フルルビプロフェンアキセチルとジクロフェナクナトリウムの術後鎮痛効果を比較した.手術終了時にフルルビプロフェンアキセチル1mg/kgを静注,またはジクロフェナクナトリウム約1mg/kgを経直腸的に投与し,その効果をフェイスペインスケールと鎮痛薬の追加頻度で判定した.病棟帰室後5時間までのペインスケール値に両群間に差はなかったが,翌朝7時までの鎮痛薬の追加頻度はフルルビプロフェンアキセチル群のほうが,低かった.フルルビプロフェンアキセチル投与によると思われる副作用は認めなかった.フルルビプロフェンアキセチルは硬膜外ブロックが使用できない場合などの小児術後鎮痛法の一つと考えられた.
