Probabilistic Prediction of Coalescence Flutter Using Measurements: Application to the Flutter Margin Method [PDF]
Zimmerman and Weissenburger's flutter margin method is widely used to estimate the aeroelastic coalescence flutter speed. In contrast to aeroelastic decay rates, the flutter margin exhibits monotonic decay with respect to airspeed redering it effective in extrapolating the flutter speed using flight test data conducted at pre-flutter airspeeds.

Quantum Flutter: Signatures and Robustness [PDF]
We investigate the motion of an impurity particle injected with finite velocity into an interacting one-dimensional quantum gas. Using large-scale numerical simulations based on matrix product states, we observe and quantitatively analyze long-lived oscillations of the impurity momentum around a non-zero saturation value, called quantum flutter.
