Spectrally Tunable 2D Material‐Based Infrared Photodetectors for Intelligent Optoelectronics

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Intelligent optoelectronics through spectral engineering of 2D material‐based infrared photodetectors. Abstract The evolution of intelligent optoelectronic systems is driven by artificial intelligence (AI). However, their practical realization hinges on the ability to dynamically capture and process optical signals across a broad infrared (IR) spectrum.

Trap‐Modified Inverted Organic Photodetectors via Layer‐by‐Layer Processing with Poly(N‐vinylcarbazole) Additives

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Trap state engineering in inverted organic photodetectors (OPDs) is achieved via combined layer‐by‐layer (LbL) processing and poly(N‐vinylcarbazole) (PVK) incorporation. LbL reduces the trap density while PVK additives gradually shift trap states from shallow band‐edge to deep mid‐gap levels, tailoring the energy distribution.

Flutter Boundary Prediction of a Two Dimensional Airfoil in Transonic Flight Regime with the Preset Angles of Attack [PDF]

open access: yesXibei Gongye Daxue Xuebao, 2018
Angle of attack has impact on transonic flow filed and aerodynamic force, but most of current researches on flutter use zero angle hypothesis, which has no consideration about angle of attack.

Biobased Bionic Spider Silk via Electrostatic Complexation for Simultaneously Harvesting Atmospheric Water and Triboelectric Energy

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Bio‐based bionic spider silk and spider web are first prepared using polyelectrolyte complexation technique for the simultaneous harvesting of water and triboelectric energy. The advantage of this process lies on entirely bio‐based materials, fully green water‐processable procedures, extremely high production rate (99.36%), excellent fog harvesting ...

Cable Flutter Analysis of ALFLEX.

open access: yesJournal of the Japan Society for Aeronautical and Space Sciences, 1998
This paper introduces the flutter phenomenon occurring in the automatic landing flight experiment for a Japanese unmanned space shuttle of HOPE-X. The experimental vehicle called ALFLEX which was a dynamically scaled model of HOPE-X was towed by one cable before its release. An oscillation was observed on the cable with release device during flights of

Flutter analysis of mistuned bladed disks

open access: yesThe Proceedings of the Dynamics & Design Conference, 2020
Although bladed disks are nominally designed to be cyclically symmetric (tuned system), the vibration characteristics of all the blades on a disk are slightly different due to the manufacturing tolerance, deviations in the material properties, and wear during operation.

Photoconductivity‐Driven Quantum Efficiency Gain in Inorganic Ruddlesden‐Popper Layered Cs2PbBr2I2 Perovskite Photodetector for Visible Light Detection

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Rational halogen mixing strategy was employed to shift the bandgap of Cs2PbBr2I2 from ultraviolet to visible region, enabling first realization of a visible‐light photodetector with this 2D layered Ruddlesden‐Popper perovskite material. Under illumination, light‐induced internal field forms and drives trap‐mediated persistent photoconductivity ...

Experimental Methods Applied in a Study of Stall Flutter in an Axial Flow Fan

open access: yesShock and Vibration, 2004
Flutter testing is an integral part of aircraft gas turbine engine development. In typical flutter testing blade mounted sensors in the form of strain gages and casing mounted sensors in the form of light probes (NSMS) are used.
