Carbonitridation of Fly Ash. 4. Hydrolysis of Nitrided Fly Ash [PDF]

open access: possibleIndustrial & Engineering Chemistry Research, 2005
Hydrolysis experiments of the nitrided fly ash were carried out in dilute aqueous suspensions. An ammonium electrode and a pH electrode were used to measure the extent of the hydrolysis. For comparison purposes, hydrolysis studies were also performed for the commercially available nitrides.

Fly ash effects

Cement and Concrete Research, 2004
In this paper, the microaggregate effect of fly ash is studied systematically by micromechanics, the hypothesis of center particle and pore size distribution. It is pointed out that the microaggregate effect is an important effect of fly ash. It is strengthened with the increase of content of fly ash, but weakened with age. At early age, fly ash cannot
