Waveform dependent switching losses in flyback transformer foil windings
2002 IEEE 33rd Annual IEEE Power Electronics Specialists Conference. Proceedings (Cat. No.02CH37289), 2003The copper losses in a foil wound flyback transformer are examined using a time domain 2-D finite element model. The purpose of the study is to examine the losses as a function of switching waveform. It is shown that the windings carry nonnegligible induced current at times when the net current in the winding is zero.

Development of a Corona Discharge Detector for Flyback Transformers
IEEE Transactions on Consumer Electronics, 1977This paper describes a new corona discharge detector for flyback transformers. It can detect corona discharges which are generated by the flyback pulse and have a great effect on the reliability of flyback transformers. It also adds greatly to the insulation design and quality control of flyback transformers.

An active-clamping ZVS flyback converter with integrated transformer
2014 International Power Electronics Conference (IPEC-Hiroshima 2014 - ECCE ASIA), 2014This paper propose an active-clamping flyback converter using a integrated transformer. The proposed converter is composed of two active-clamp flyback converter. The presented converter can equally share the total load current between two secondaries so that the rectifier diode conduction loss can be decreased.
