Experimental Evaluation of Foam Diversion for EOR in Heterogeneous Carbonate Rocks
Immiscible gas injection applied to heterogeneous carbonate reservoirs can be inefficient due to poor conformance control. Foam mobility control is proposed in this work as a solution for gas conformance issues in such reservoirs.

Foam-in-Vein: Characterisation of Blood Displacement Efficacy of Liquid Sclerosing Foams
Sclerotherapy is among the least invasive and most commonly utilised treatment options for varicose veins. Nonetheless, it does not cure varicosities permanently and recurrence rates are of up to 64%.

Klein foams are analogues of Riemann and Klein surfaces with one-dimensional singularities. We prove that the field of dianalytic functions on a Klein foam $Ω$ coincides with the field of dianalytic functions on a Klein surface $K_Ω$. We construct the moduli space of Klein foams and we prove that the set of classes of topologically equivalent Klein ...

Foam extrusion behavior and correlation between foam morphology and foam properties of externally plasticized cellulose acetate using inert gases [PDF]
S.213-218Today, polystyrene (PS) and polypropylene (PP) are the standard polymers for producing extruded foam sheets for packaging. Basically, these polymers are based on non-renewable resources and are non-biodegradable.
