Expression and functional characterization of chimeric recombinant bovine follicle-stimulating hormone produced in Leishmania tarentolae. [PDF]
There is no recombinant FSH available on the veterinary market. Our study explored the use of Leishmania tarentolae, a non‐conventional eukaryotic organism for recombinant protein expression, for the production of a chimeric single chain version of the β‐ and α‐subunit of bovine FSH (scbFSH).

Abstract The subduction of an active spreading center generates a clear signature in the temporal evolution of subduction zones. It disrupts the typical arc‐type magmatism and intraplate seismicity, enhances the emplacement of backarc plateau lava and profoundly change the tectonics and topographic relief.
