We identified a recurrent heterozygous MAX c.179G>A:p.Arg60Gln variant in two unrelated females affected with the emerging phenotypes of MAX‐associated polydactyly‐macrocephaly syndrome. We propose that genitourinary abnormalities, including Mayer–Rokitanski–Kuster–Hauser syndrome in one individual, are an expansion of the known phenotypes associated ...

Efficacy and Safety of Repeated Radiofrequency Thermocoagulation on Trigeminal Neuralgia Patients
ABSTRACT Background Trigeminal neuralgia (TN) is a pain condition characterized by paroxysmal, electric shock‐like facial pain, affecting one or more areas of the branches. We report the case of a 40‐year‐old man presenting with dyspnea, cervicothoracic edema, and hypoxemia.
