Vibration of rigid bodies in the visco-elastic Hook-Maxwell model
In this paper the self-excited and forced vibrations of rigid bodies fastened to visco-elastic beam are considered. Two parameters solutions of motion equations of third order are found in the asymptotic series and their stability is investigated.

Some relevant aspects of footbridge vibrations [PDF]
Considering the contemporary structural inaterials that are becoming more resistant, having higher strength to weight ratio, and the fact that live load of footbridges is low, the design based on static analysis only, respecting ultimate limit states ...

FORCED VIBRATION ANALYSIS OF A MULTIDEGREE IMPACT VIBRATOR
The dynamics of a multidegree impact vibrator subject to harmonic loading is investigated. The system is represented by a lumped mass model which hits and rebounds from a rigid wall during vibration. The periodic solution to the equations of motion with $N$ forcing cycles and $P$ impacts is formulated.
