Cutaneous Malakoplakia on the Forehead
Dermatology, 2009A case of cutaneous malakoplakia in an 81-year-old woman is reported. A reddish slowly growing plaque had appeared on her forehead 13 years previously. Histopathology revealed a dense dermal granulomatous infiltrate consisting of lymphocytes and numerous histiocytes containing Michaelis-Gutmann bodies.
