Foreign Body Migration from the Bladder
Journal of Urology, 1976Because of the unusual route 2 cases of foreign body migration from the bladder are reported. In 1 case a thermometer was inserted into the bladder and penetrated into the peritoneal cavity. In the other case a thermometer penetrated from the bladder into the prevesical space.

Delayed and spontaneous intracranial foreign body migration
British Journal of Neurosurgery, 2010We present a case of spontaneous migration of a metal rod into the brain. No causative factor was identified but possible mechanisms for this occurrence are considered, and the importance of correct early management of this unusual injury emphasised.

Nonsuppurative tenosynovitis secondary to foreign body migration
The Journal of Hand Surgery, 1983A patient developed tenosynovitis 3 months after lacerating the palmar wrist on a glass window. The symptoms resulted from migration of a glass fragment into the long finger flexor sheath.

Migrating Foreign Body in the Bronchus [PDF]
he presence of an airway foreign body is potentially life threatening. It is well recognized that airway foreign bodies located in the central tracheobronchial tree may dislodge and move during the removal procedure. We report a case of an unusual airway foreign body (sharpener blade) that migrated preoperatively from one main bronchus to the other.
