Orbito-sinal foreign body with floor fracture: an unusual presentation

Wooden foreign bodies penetrating through the orbit into paranasal sinuses are rare. We report a case of a young male who complained of double vision, pain and redness after a fall from a tree. There was no external wound over periocular skin.
