Advanced Science, EarlyView.This study presents a dual‐mode imaging platform that utilizes self‐assembly and disassembly of DNA scaffolds for high‐resolution cancer cell detection. The structural rigidity of DNA scaffolds effectively prevents cellular internalization for over 300 min.
