Box and whiskers plots show the distributions of serum testosterone (T), dihydrotestosterone (DHT), androstenedione (A4), and the ratios of T/FDHT and T/A4. ABSTRACT Detection of androgen doping relies on mass spectrometry‐based methods to detect natural endogenous and exogenous androgens in urine and serum. To distinguish exogenous administration from

Micro‐QuEChERS sample preparation coupled to LC‐QQQ‐MS enabled sensitive quantification of nitazene analogs in 100 μL of plasma. The validated method provided low detection limits and was successfully applied to an authentic intoxication case involving N‐pyrrolidino protonitazene, supporting clinical and forensic toxicology workflows.

A validated LC‐HRMS/MS method enabled the first quantitative determination of the LGD‐4033 long‐term metabolite (M5‐b) in urine following controlled micro‐dose administration. The generated urinary reference data support the interpretation of adverse analytical findings and anti‐doping result management. ABSTRACT Selective androgen receptor modulators (

Higher uEtG results indicated more recent drinking, rather than higher levels of alcohol consumption, and the period of detection of uEtG was shorter than previously reported. Even at low cutoffs, uEtG was best conceptualized as a measure of alcohol consumption in the prior 24 h.

Nitazenes are increasingly present in the illicit drug supply, complicating harm reduction efforts. We have developed a rapid, nontargeted precursor ion scan method to detect emerging nitazenes in real‐world opioid samples. The method identified multiple nitazenes, often replacing pharmaceutical opioids or mixed with fentanyl and benzodiazepines ...
