Synthesis of Borneol‐Polymers as Fluorescent Sensors for Pollutant Detection
Macromolecular Symposia, EarlyView.ABSTRACT
In this work, a borneol‐derived monomer was employed to synthesize two novel copolymers, poly(vinyl acetate‐co‐bornyl methacrylate) (CopBM‐1) and poly(p‐acryloyloxybenzaldehyde‐co‐bornyl methacrylate) (CopBM‐2), via radical copolymerization. Both copolymers demonstrated aggregation‐induced emission in DMF at concentrations exceeding 0.04 wt.%. Muscle &Nerve, EarlyView.ABSTRACT Introduction/Aims
Respiratory weakness, typically monitored as vital capacity (VC), is a central feature of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS). VC is increasingly measured remotely in participants' homes, although in‐clinic assessment remains the standard.Eric A. Macklin, James D. Berry, Brittney A. International Journal of Osteoarchaeology, EarlyView.ABSTRACT
The roles and responsibilities we occupy as scientists working directly with human remains are diverse, requiring careful ethical consideration. In Southeast Asian contexts, it has been important for us experts and scholars to be in constant correspondence and collaboration, deriving scientific insights into human health, life histories, and ...Michael Rivera, Tatfeef Haque, Edwin Miguel Anadon, Ker Woon Choy, Elaine Yih‐Ning Chu, Chong Chin Heo, Toetik Koesbardiati, Winsome Hin‐Shin Lee, Chin‐Hsin Liu, Delta Bayu Murti, Sophorn Nhoem, Patara Rattanachet, Erwin Mansyur U. International Journal of Osteoarchaeology, EarlyView.ABSTRACT
Artificial intelligence encompasses computational systems capable of performing cognitive functions such as learning, reasoning, and problem‐solving. Within this domain, generative AI and large language models such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Copilot have shown significant potential in clinical diagnostics.Jessica Mongillo, Giulia Vescovo, Giulia Manzo, Nicoletta Zedda, Barbara Bramanti +4 morewiley +1 more sourceAudio‐guided exercise at home: Preliminary findings from a pilot study on physical activity for people with low vision
PM&R, EarlyView.Abstract Background: Individuals with severe visual impairments frequently refrain from regular physical activity due to multiple barriers, including transportation difficulties, financial constraints, and limited availability of exercise programs tailored to their needs. These factors often contribute to a gradual decline in mobility and independence.
