Mechanistic Insights Into Luminol Chemiexcitation: The Role of the Amide Carbonyls
By means of quantum‐chemical calculations, we demonstrate that the 1,2‐dioxin ring forms following nitrogen release from parent luminol. We also identify alkoxide groups derived from the amide carbonyls of luminol as key enhancers of the chemiexcitation yield.

Cell Blocks and the Milan System for Reporting Salivary Gland Cytopathology: A Meta‐Analysis
ABSTRACT Background The Milan System for Reporting Salivary Gland Cytopathology (MSRSGC) is a classification system first released in 2018. It provides a standardized categorization for salivary gland lesions. Cell blocks can be prepared from fine‐needle aspirations (FNAs) and can be utilized for the diagnostics of salivary gland lesions.

Micro‐QuEChERS sample preparation coupled to LC‐QQQ‐MS enabled sensitive quantification of nitazene analogs in 100 μL of plasma. The validated method provided low detection limits and was successfully applied to an authentic intoxication case involving N‐pyrrolidino protonitazene, supporting clinical and forensic toxicology workflows.
