Reliable Estimation of Wavenumbers for Calcite Peaks
The wavenumbers of the calcite peaks were accurately estimated using a combination of a He–Ne laser and Ne emission lines. The values following the ± symbol represent the expanded uncertainties, corresponding to an approximate 95% confidence interval.

A Nonlinear Quantitative Model for Measuring Concentration Ratios From Raman Intensities
Estimating concentration from Raman intensity ratios is complicated by cross‐contributions from overlapping peaks, causing measured ratios to deviate from the linear behavior assumed in conventional quantitative models. This nonlinear method fully accounts for cross‐contributions, allowing estimation of concentration over several orders of magnitude ...

Optical Kerr Gating as a Strategy for Noise Reduction in Femtosecond Stimulated Raman Spectroscopy
We report an experimental approach, where an Optical Kerr gate is incorporated with Femtosecond Stimulated Raman Spectrometry (FSRS). The gate functions as a temporal filter that preferentially suppresses the FSRS inherent background. FSRS spectra are reported with the Kerr‐gated methodology with significantly improved SNR compared to the conventional ...
