Forest inventories in Switzerland
In Switzerland there is a wide range of forest inventory methods, both for 100% inventory and for sampling. At the national level, the National Forest Inventory will complete its first passage m 1983-1985, combining a network of sampling on aerial photographs and a network ol ground samples.
