This study investigates the prevalence of exposure to workplace bullying in the forest products industry in Turkey. A total of 2000 questionnaires are given to the employees in the randomly chosen company. Leymann Inventory of Psychological Terror (LIPT) scale which consists of 45 categories of acts of bullying was used.
