Autologous tumor‐infiltrating lymphocyte (TIL) therapy shows promising efficacy in acral melanoma, yet determinants of durable response remain unclear. By integrating single‐cell transcriptomics and TCR sequencing, this study reveals that TIL products enriched for T follicular helper and intermediate exhausted T cells establish persistent clonal ...

Oligonucleotide‐based fluorescence in situ hybridization probes were developed in the model citrus species Citrus maxima. These probes were applied to comparative karyotyping across 14 species in the Rutaceae family. This analysis revealed chromosomal evolution in lineages that diverged from Citrus nearly 52 million years ago.

Guidelines for seed harvesting in forest seed stands
The strategic selection of seed stands represents a costeffectiveand quick method in forestry for obtaining forestreproductive material of improved quality. Hence, for morethan 50 years already the EU has regulated how these seedstands are to be selected and respective regulations havebeen implemented in the Member States accordingly (thefirst EU ...

Extracellular production of reactive oxygen species in response to abiotic stress in seeds
Reactive oxygen species (ROS), such as superoxide (O2 •‾), hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), singlet oxygen (1O2) and the hydroxyl radical (•OH) can damage essential biomolecules including nucleic acids, proteins and lipids, causing damage to various ...

Adult Sex Ratio as a Demographic Feedback Linking Mating Systems, Parental Care, and Evolution
Breeding systems are some of the most diverse social behavior, and our team is investigation the evolutionary causes of this diversity. This review summarises our research carried out at the University of Bath. We argue that demographic components of wild populations, especially the adult sex ratio, plays a key role driving breeding system variation ...
